Do you regularly work from home?
If so you need to be aware of the changes in how expenses for working from home are now calculated effective 1st July 2022 and from 1st March 2023 a mandatory record is required to show the total number of hours worked from home.
An estimate of hours worked from home or representative periods are no longer acceptable.
The changes are outlined in more detail in our attached update along with a sample diary for recording your hours worked from home and is available in excel format from reception on request.
